Work has become much easier for parents and baby sitters when disposable diapers were introduced. Parents have not needed any electronic device to tell them when their baby has peed. But now, Huggies Brazil has launched TweetPee, a smart device that attaches directly to their baby’s diaper and alerts parents with a tweet or text message whenever it perceives an increase in moisture. Through the TweetPee app parents can keep track of diapers used and order more without leaving home.

It has not been confirmed yet whether TweetPee will head to the U.S. market. However, the brand has just launched a program awarding $15,000 grants to as many as 12 people who come up with “innovative product ideas.”
