Are you the next Entrepreneur?

“I failed in some subjects in exams, but my friend passed in all. Now he is an engineer in Microsoft and I am the owner of Microsoft.” – Bill Gates.

Many successful personalities believe that failure is the reason behind their inspiration to succeed in life. They actually believe that failure can incite you to try even harder because success comes in all shapes and colors after hard work, dedication and enthusiasm.

The same is true with successful entrepreneurs. To be an entrepreneur you should not be intimidated by failure. Though you know that success is your destination, you should know how to overcome many failures to get there. In achieving outstanding success in today’s world, failure is not just a reality but a requirement. It is your best teacher that teaches you the ways to succeed. There is no doubt that everyone sets a goal to be successful but how about setting safeguards measures for the number of times you fail? For example, if you are a salesman rather than setting a goal for three prospects saying “yes”, put yourself in the shoes of your clients and review the prospects of being rejected as many times as possible. This helps in dealing with every upcoming negative outcome making your marketing strategy even stronger and ensures inevitable success in the long run.

One of the most powerful features of every successful entrepreneur is their ferocious drive and hunger for success which drives then to walk through the hurdles and encourages them never to give up. Many companies are deliberately seeking out those with track records reflecting both failure and success, believing that those who have been in the trench have survived their battle and have come out on the other side having irreplaceable experience and determination. They are veterans of failure. As Thomas Edison said, “I have not failed 1,000 times. I have successfully discovered 1,000 ways to NOT make a light bulb.”

Many successful and renowned personalities have failed numerous times but they never gave up. Successful people are able to pick themselves up, dust themselves off and carry on trying. Below are some great examples that could be an inspiration to anyone who aspires to be successful.
